A matching detail may include identifiers, current unit or status, offense and county, sentence dates, parole eligibility, projected release, and maximum sentence date. Parole eligibility is not release. A projected date is not the actual event. The working-day data is at least 24 hours old.

Maverick Release Supervision Checks
State parole and county probation are separate. TDCJ Parole Division supervises people released on parole or mandatory supervision. The Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles makes release decisions. A favorable vote does not itself prove physical release because plan review, programs, residence approval, certificate issuance, and record checks may remain.
Probation, formally called community supervision, comes from a court order and is administered through a serving Community Supervision and Corrections Department. A person released on bond is not automatically on probation or parole. Obtain the judgment or supervision order from the correct Maverick County clerk, then identify the serving office.
